It is What It Is

I sincerely apologize for not posting a blog yesterday, however......"It is What it Is!" It occurs to me that we often spend more time in going for what we want, then actually accurately assessing what it is that we need and pursuing that. I realize that the flaws of people should really be judged based upon the people around them. As in being around a person that smokes is more of a problem around someone that doesn't smoke, someone who stopped smoking or someone who is trying to quit. I love the talks that I have with myself because whether I comply or not, I generally if not always assess what behaviors or traits are negative or positive. It can be a challenge to continue to move toward excellence and destiny because generally this takes you away from people and places that you have grown accustomed.

Most people fantasize about being on top, yet don't realize that isn't really what they desire. For as much as misery loves company, success loves solitude. I realize that being successful is not only what I want but also what I have been conditioned for and am most comfortable with. I have spent most days, weekends, months, years, etc. by my self even at times when people were around. I was never around the people all the time that I "would have preferred" thus I learned that being successful often conflicts with being social in certain instances. I don't mean that this may be the unified rule for everyone however it is definitely true in my case.

It can be tough to tell someone bad news, or news that can be considered unpleasant. I often have found that its easier to keep it short and sweet, even vague sometimes in order to achieve the desired outcome. Many people will try and ask questions or give alternative options, yet rarely are these good options. I have a saying that I have adopted as one of my mantras which says "be effective not emotional." This is what I constantly reflect on as I think about decisions yet undecided or decisions decided that serve as learning experiences. So as you move to where you need to be, to achieve what you need you might find you loose some friends, yet when people ask for an explanation you can simply say, "it is what it is!

They say practice makes perfect
I say that that's an inaccurate assessment
But I guess go with whatever is working
Perfection is derived from sacrifice and excellence
Thus it isn't coincidence because you already expected it
Calculated change and calculated risk
Can counteract the culture of vultures and beta fish
I had made a wish
When I was young and innocent
I asked GOD to help me journey after my dreams
And to finish it
The Benefits
Of strategy pay huge dividends
IT transforms G's to Gentlemen
I ain't on Fonsorth Betnleys show
But each day there's a new challenge
Funny thing is, each day I discover a new talent
Most folks act callus
And wanna poke they nose in my bizz
I tell em I got no info for him
And it is what it is
SiyaNara to the Haters
Areva Derche to the Loser's
I'm moving forward contradicting myself
SUCCESSFULLY HEADED BACK TO THE Future
